The recently renovated room was fresh and clean, with a comfortable bed that provided a good night’s sleep. Air conditioning was hit or miss, fluctuating between warm and cold, but manageable once I adjusted to it. Noise from barking dogs could be heard occasionally, which might disturb light sleepers. The bright exterior lights leaked through unhinged curtain hooks, impacting the overall comfort. I appreciated the spacious family room layout, granting privacy while being connected. nearby EV charging was misleading and a bit inconvenient, impacting the experience. Breakfast was decent but had inconsistent items and timing.

This hotel is just a few minutes from major attractions like Dollywood and The Island in Pigeon Forge, making it super convenient for weekend strolls and adventure; you can easily walk over to nearby restaurants like Golden Corral and Wendy's, and there are tons of shops within a short stroll too! The spacious rooms and friendly staff added to a wonderful stay, but the hotel could improve by addressing the hard-to-navigate driveway for easier access.

Cleanliness was impressive, considering it’s a pet-friendly hotel; the room felt spotless. Comfortable stay with my dog, no extra pet fees—a rare find. Breakfast offered a decent variety, but the execution faltered at times. Sausage ran out early, and the food could’ve been warmer. Communication at check-in needs improvement; it was disorganized. The room was adequate but small for two people and a large dog. A larger room would be necessary for future visits. Minor tweaks would elevate the experience. Would recommend and consider returning for the warmth and friendliness.

The staff felt like family, super kind! The hotel's location off the main road made it peaceful, no noisy cars passing by. The family suite with two queens and a king bed was a hit for our group of six. We loved the clean rooms, top-notch service, and tasty breakfast spread.
Some rooms had noisy showers and AC units blowing directly over the bed. The parking lot side door caused disturbance in certain areas.

Great location, close to attractions and in a quiet area. The hotel is pet, friendly, offering a nice breakfast.
Room had a strong mildew odor, mold on the ceiling, and poor maintenance. Issues with room service, out, of, order dryer, and no drinks in vending machine.

I chose La Quinta for its close proximity to The Island in Pigeon Forge, and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service provided by the staff. The outdoor pool, free wifi, and free full, hot breakfast were fantastic amenities that I appreciated during my stay.
Nothing! ! We loved the hotel’s value, personnel, features, accommodations, and location! A great place to stay when visiting The Great Smoky Mountains :)

The breakfast offered on the first day was quite nice, with a good variety of options that were satisfying. The manager was also very friendly and accommodating. On the downside, the location of the building was a bit confusing to find initially, as the directions were not very clear. the breakfast on the second day was a bit underwhelming, with only three kinds of sausages and not much else. We also encountered issues with the staff not always being present at the front desk, which was a bit inconvenient. In terms of amenities, we were disappointed by the lack of ironing facilities in the room. The air conditioning was decent but tended to put out a lot of moisture, making the room feel a bit damp. the bathtub faucet was quite loose, which was a bit concerning. The TV remote was not very responsive, and the hallways felt stuffy.

My friends and I had a blast kayaking and water skiing nearby, and we even tried skydiving! The staff was super chill and the rooms were lit—plus, being pet-friendly without extra charges was rad!
We wished there was a cool hangout spot for late-night fun like a rooftop bar or a chill lounge area for young peeps to vibe at.

Our stay at this beach-side hotel was awesome! The staff was friendly and check-in was a breeze. The room was clean and updated, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast had a good variety of options, including tasty sausages and eggs. The location was perfect, close to Pigeon Forge and just a short drive to Gatlinburg. a safe and pleasant place to rest for the night.
There was a bit of noise when we first arrived due to a barking dog in a nearby room, but it wasn't a major issue and didn't affect our stay.

the property was so clean, and the staff were very nice. the location was great with ihop right nearby - offering 20% off. the bed was so comfortable and the air conditioning worked great.

we had a fantastic stay at La Quinta. the hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. the location was convenient to most attractions and only a 10 minute drive from Dollywood. Definitely our favorite spot in town!

Our stay at La Quinta was enjoyable, the location in Pigeon Forge was convenient. The breakfast had a nice variety, and the room was clean. However, the lack of mirrors and incorrect directions were minor inconveniences. Overall I will recommend this hotel.
